I've been making this Granola at home with heaps of honey, cinnamon and cardamon. Slow baked so they clump together. Such a good way to have a quick and delicious breakfast. #dishbyduy

It's truffle season in Australia so we got in line to buy some at @madametruffles. Here's my porcini and mascarpone tagliatelle with just a touch of regiano parmigiano and Pemberton black truffles. #dishbyduy
