Cold days call for hot soup. A fried up clove of garlic, a can of mixed beans drained, chicken stock to cover and 3 stalks of green kale or any greens, watercress is good too. Bring to boil 5 mins. Blitz. Drizzle with olive oil and a bit of truffle oil. Your good gut bacteria will love you. #dishbyduy
